Holiday Inn Huntsville - Research Park By Ihg

Everything seemed great, polite staff, new-fashioned rooms. The setting was marvellous and convenient, right by restaurants areas as well as the malls and Space Center. Easily reached Dave & Buster's, located not too far from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Location close enough to the malls and Space Center, and restaurants areas and shopping areas. Outstanding food in the outdoor restaurant in the vicinity.

Noisy A/C unit kept waking me up. Outdated carpet and furniture; low ceilings; dark and claustrophobic; mildew smell to bathroom which has been re-caulked (poorly); and front desk clerk who told me breakfast was extra (luckily I had printed out my Bookings receipt proving him wrong). For less money I have stayed in much nicer places (like the Fairfield the next night).

Hotel staff is very friendly to me.

Finally, the front desk could not issue any receipt of my payment since this was booked via Booked.net... (It is the first time for me to experience something like this...) Is it possible for Booked.net to issue the receipt? or need to veryfy it with the credit card company...?

The room was clean and modern, showcasing the recent remodel and providing ample space. The staff were cute and informative about the hotel's amenities. The breakfast offering left much to be desired, lacking in value compared to previous experiences. Managing some requests with the staff became tedious, unexpected for this hotel.

The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved hanging out during our downtime. The staff were cute. We appreciated the variety of amenities.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly TV channels available.

Just a fitting option for shopping in Huntsville with best value. Avoid weekends if you prefer quiet as it can get rowdy.

The room was warm and inviting, but the drain was clogged.

I had a clean room with a big tv and a mini fridge. The staff were super friendly when checking in.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but it still worked for what I needed.

This hotel is in a prime spot, super close to Top Golf and some great restaurants. the rooms were modern and spacious, perfect for me and my two little girls. the breakfast was absolutely amazing! Plus, the staff was super friendly and attentive, really made us feel at home.

Could use a little upgrade on the baggage trolleys.

The room layout catered perfectly to solo travelers and was aesthetically pleasing. Staff were consistently cute and supportive throughout my stay.

The bar could benefit from a more diverse drink menu.

Indoor/outdoor pool was nice and fun. No draft beer at the bar and my room's microwave was falling apart.

I loved how bright and cute the lobby was, with its charming decor. The indoor pool area was good and easily accessible, perfect for a relaxing swim after a long day.

More accessible seating in the dining area.

This hotel is a fantastic spot. It’s conveniently close to Top Golf, Bridge Street, and several eateries like Steak N Shake and Cheddars. the staff was super friendly, and the room was clean and nicely updated. Breakfast was better than what you get at most places, always kept full with food. the bar had tasty food and live music on a couple of nights, which was awesome!

The hot tub could definitely use some attention.
